Yulia Tymoshenko: love brings people happiness (photos)

_apm0698.jpgBatkivshchyna Party leader Yulia Tymoshenko and her daughter Eugenia visited the Kyiv Nursing Home today to bring Easter greetings to the elderly and disabled.

The people living in the home were moved by Yulia Tymoshenko’s attention. She told them that love for others is the meaning of life because people "feel happiness when they give love to one another."

"When Christ rises, so do all our hopes and expectations that our lives will improve. This is a great holiday that gives us hope for the country’s recovery, the nation’s strengthening, and an end to war," she said.

"May the Lord grant you health and protection from everything that is wrong in this world. May you feel the concern of people, care for one another, and may everything in our country be ok and for all of you," the leader of Batkivshchyna wished the patients.

Nearly each one of the two hundred patients of the Kyiv Nursing Home had the opportunity to talk with Yulia Tymoshenko and her daughter and hear their well wishes. Yulia Tymoshenko was presented with an embroidered towel as a memory of her visit.
