"Serhy, and all our sons and daughters that gave their lives on the Maidan must know that we will build a different country," Yulia Tymoshenko said.

The leader of Batkivshchyna thanked Serhiy’s father and mother for raising a son that stood up for what he believed in. She said that everyone who died for Ukraine is now the country’s guardian angel.

Yulia Tymosheno also attended the ceremonial unveiling of a commemorative plaque at Serhiy Nigoyan's school, spoke with teachers and people who live in the Heavenly Hundred fighter’s village.

"I hope that every child that studies in the school Serhiy Nigoyan attended knows about his feat and remembers him and everyone else who gave their lives for Ukraine during the revolution of dignity. During these Easter holidays, when Christ was resurrected, when we put great hope in the future, I want us to do everything so that Ukraine is resurrected and becomes a strong European state," Yulia Tymoshenko said.

The leader of Batkivshchyna also met today with the participants of the "East and West Together" car rally in Dnipropetrovsk. "I want these small towns where the heroes of the Heavenly Hundred were born to become our Mecca. We owe them an irredeemable debt. Every drop of blood, every life given for Ukraine will not be forgotten," Yulia Tymoshenko said.
